Harvesting and Drying Calendula
Flowers are best harvested on a dry day when the flowers are fully open. Only select newly opened flowers, not those where seeds are becoming visible on the lower part of the flower. I found drying them on a paper plate in a dark closet for 1-2 weeks works best. Store in an air tight glass jar in a cool dark place until ready to use.
