bear climbing tree to eagle nest

This video was shot back in September of 07.
A bear took over possession of an eagle's nest in my yard.
I contacted the state bear experts and they told me this was only the second time they had heard of this happening.
The bears eventually destroyed the nest but have been coming back to that tree ever since.
