All Blacks captain Richie McCaw hit rock bottom in 2007 after losing the Rugby World Cup. But from the worst of times he achieved greatness – going on to win back to back world championships. And his secret? Facing self-doubt, vulnerabilities and learning how to perform under pressure, Richie credits Dr Ceri Evans with teaching him the tools he needed to change his mindset.
