Picked up a Peavey 6534+ recently and wanted to shoot it out against my 6505+ to see how big the difference is.

There is ZERO EQ on these guitar tracks, this is the raw sound from the amp/cab/mic. I reamped Jeff's Rose of Shayrn DI's as they serve as a nice consistent test bed for metal guitars.

Radial Pro RMP Re-amp box (modded for unity gain) - Boss NS2 - Ibanez TS7 - Amp - Mesa Rectifier Standard cab (V30's) - Audio Technica AT4040 - Allen & Heath Zed R16
