Waterbound: The Story of Fort Delaware

1861-1865: Fort Delaware, the largest and most state-of the-art military fortress of its kind, was also the centerpiece of a thriving and unique community. A blend of Civil War Confederate prisoners, Union soldiers, and civilians, it was for a brief time one of the largest cities in all of Delaware.
