Non-Strobe light effect seen on shaft end. We believe that how this is doing what it does is caused by the end of the shaft not being exactly square (90 degrees to shaft length. We tried re-grinding the shaft end the best that we could but it still does it. But why it oscillates has us puzzled. And the blue reflection. Any idea's out there?
