This is Part One of a lecture on Cultivating Health from Master Yuan Xiu Gang 袁修刚 a Wudang Daoist (Taoist) Priest, Kung Fu Master and 15th Generation Wudang San Feng Pai lineage holder (Daoist name: Shi Mao).

In this first part he shares how he began his Kung Fu studies as a child, how he contracted Rheumatsm and how he treated it by going to Wudang to live and train in the Daoist Martial Arts.

This is an amazing view into the life of someone who has dedicated himself to Kung Fu, Tai Chi, Qigong and Health Cultivation and then decided to share it with his students and the world to help others.

This is from a previous video I shot while training in China with Master Yuan. The video was long and the quality poor. I’ve tried to edit it into more digestible sections and I’ve tried to clean up the video quality and the audio quality and levels as best as I could.
The video is in English, but I also added English Subtitles in case that will help it be more clear.

This was shot on a poor camera in poor lighting with a poor microphone. So, my apologies for the quality, but I hope the subject matter is still interesting and helpful to you.
