Phone Hacking Case Judge Rules but is this really a win for Harry?

Prince Harry has won only 15 out of the 33 claims in his case accusing Mirror Group Newspapers of unlawfully gathering information for stories published about him.

So is this really a win for Harry? Or is this yet again another example of spinning the media?
