Manchester City unveils and opens 3rd tier of Etihad Eastlands Stadium South stand.
At 15:55 on Sunday, 16th August 2015 the brand new 3rd tier of the South stand was unveiled and opened in front of nearly 60,000 fans.
The day went on to witness Manchester City thrash Chelsea 3:0.
Peter Rosenfeld and his Dad, Fred Rosenfeld, watched the whole thing from block 204 in the 2nd tier of the East stand.
