How to make Red Pork Tamales

5-7 LBS Pork Butt
4 Bay Leaves
1 Head of garlic & 4 Garlic Cloves
One Onion cut in half
3 Chile Anchos
12-15 N.M Chiles of Guajillo
1 TBSP Oregano
1 TBSP Cumin
8 CUPS of masa
1 CUP lard
2 TBSP Baking powder
Salt and Chicken Bouillon to your taste
6-8 CUPS of broth

Makes 4-5 Dozen depending on the size
