disclosure: I did receive a small discount on my premium unit in exchange for talking about it, but I was going to purchase at full price either way, so that gesture had no bearing on my decision to purchase, or my opinion of the device.

the GUI could use some more responsive design, the conditioning and charge icon functions are unclear, my unit needed a remote configuration session via teamviewer to get the cellular working properly, and the the cellular antenna needs an upgrade, but other than that, it's a great unit.
