Autumn in the Canadian Wilderness: Woodshed, First Fire & Friendly Jays

Autumn is one of the most obviously beautiful times of the year in the Canadian wilderness. The color's of the trees change, with vibrant red, yellow, and orange leaves painting the canopy. The warm summer weather transitions into cool evening and nights, while the days still are generally warm. It is a contemplative time and one I truly enjoy in the forests of my area.
