Winning Kumite - Keith Geyer

Winning Kumite is an instructional karate video that features some of the practical and innovative ideas from South African team coach Keith Geyer, in preparation for the 2000 8th World Shoto Cup in Japan.
It follows Johan La Grange one of the team members who reached the kumite final. Keith represented South Africa internationally for fourteen years and was 6 times All-Styles South African kumite champion. The training ideas featured are suitable for practitioners of all styles of karate, who wish to enhance their karate kumite skills.
