2007 Honda Civic Hybrid critical IMA SOC & fast recal

Another video of the quickly deteriorating performance of my 2007 Honda Civic Hybrid. I came out to the car to see the SOC was only at 1 bar!!! This is the first time I have ever seen this in over 22k mi & a year or two of ownership. It had to start using the standard 12v battery and starter, not the IMA electric motor. This is also extremely rare. Finally, it struggled to provide much of any assist and even trickle charged at Wide Open Throttle (100% to the floor). After I stopped intentionally beating the crap out of it, the limited battery capacity was restored to "full" in less than 1.5 mi / 3 minutes of driving time. I have scheduled an appointment for the IMA system to be tested and the service person take a test drive of it on Friday 2/17/12.
