Whooping cough outbreak: Philippines plans vaccination programme

In the last five months, dozens of small children in the Philippines have died from whooping cough.
Vaccines help to stop the disease from spreading.
But UNICEF says the Philippines is among the countries with the highest number of unvaccinated children.
The Covid-19 pandemic could be to blame.
