*Remember 'Tower of fantasy is still under work. Because of lack of footage I couldn't show everything & The beta footage is actually of low quality compare to genshin impact that's why it looks little dull but hope you get the gameplay comparison! 
*Genshin Impact is single player open world RPG with Coop while Tower of Fantasy is an Mmorpg

Genshin Impact:- Elemental Skills, 20+ characters (added more every update) you can interchange in real-time (in any 4 of em), Gliding, awesome events every update (like tower of defence, hangout, festivals, minigame like Osu), Co-op with 4 players, f2p, Awesome anime like story, Paimon
Tower of Fantasy:- customization where you can create anime like characters (changeable any time), Jetpacks, Skateboards, Grappling, different weapons which are changeable in real time, Honkai like slow mo battles, I couldn't read chinese but based on animation story also looks great, Battle combos style (create yourself)
