Katherine Mary Knight born 24 October 1955 is the first Australian woman to be sentenced to life imprisonments without parole. She was convicted of the murder of her partner John Price in October 2001, and is currently imprisoned at the Silverwater Women’s Correctional Centre in NSW.
She stabbed John to death and then proceeded to skin him and remove his head and boil his head with other parts of his body that she had removed with vegetables to leave meals for some of Johns children
