"How have I failed you today?" This is the question Dolika Banda asks in her captivating talk to assess how she positively contributes to her society, and the country she loves: Zambia. Her talk inspires all -- despite their backgrounds -- to ask probing questions and find the answers within, so the effects can be seen by all. Dolika Banda is a renowned banking and investment practitioner with more than 25 years of international banking and financial management experience scanning the globe, and focusing on economic development in sub-Saharan Africa. She is currently CEO of African Risk Capacity ("ARC") Ltd. Ms Banda sits on a number of boards, including Ecobank Transnational Incorporated, Focus Financial Services, Financial Sector Deepening Africa and Zambia and Harith General Partners Pan African Infrastructure Funds. Her work in international economic development has taken Ms Banda to many countries around the world, but she retains close ties to her homeland, Zambia.
