"Things of Intrinsic Worth" (2013)

THINGS OF INTRINSIC WORTH, directed by Carly Calhoun & Sam Despeaux

Wally and Clint McRae struggle to save their ranch amidst the encroaching forces of coal production. The McRae family settled in Montana in the 1880's to raise cattle amongst prairies of the Tongue River Valley. The McRaes knew the intrinsic worth of the land and unspoiled waters of the Tongue River. Wally McRae and his son Clint continue the old family traditions. But now, the McRae's ranch sits at the epicenter over a battle that pits powerful corporate influences against the protection of public health and the environment, and the future of the climate.
