My Self-Isolation Home Chest Workout (QUARANTINE GAINS)

Here is how I am training my chest during this crazy period of self-isolation and social distancing.

The chest is one of the easiest muscles to work at home. No equipment is needed to make sick chest gains at home, and there are a bunch of calisthenics chest exercises you can do from the comfort of your own room to hit your chest from all angles.

This calisthenics chest workout is a little "unorthodox" because it includes some bent arm planche training. In my opinion, training for the bent arm planche is one of the best ways to grow your chest, because the bent arm planche progressions put your chest and shoulders under a lot of tension.

However, the bent arm planche is a very intense skill, which therefore means it should only be attempted by intermediate and advanced calisthenics athletes. If you want to get better at the bent arm planche, my suggestion is to get good at pseudo planche push ups and "leaning forward dips". I will make a bent arm planche tutorial in the coming weeks with all the best exercises to master the bent arm planche, so make sure you subscribe so you don't miss it!
