We only had 2 Hours in Krabi Town - What to do? กระบี่

กระบี่ While on our way to Koh Phi Phi Island, we had a couple hours to spare in Krabi Town. We decided to hire a private long tail boat to go and see the Khao Khanap Nam Caves on the Pak Nam River.

The boat will cost about 500 THB for a 1 hour trip. These off course are the Covid Time Prices, I don't know how much it normally would be. The trip was just very nice and easy to do.

When you arrive at Krabi Airport, you can buy boat tickets to Koh Phi Phi, we needed to wait a few hours at a guesthouse in Krabi Town before we could move on. So ideal to have a little stroll towards the port and arrange the long tail.

The Khao Khanap Nam caves are 2 iconic limestone rocks that are near the Krabi Port. The boat showed us the mangrove forest and we had a check in the caves. It's actually worth to just take the extra time to visit them. Take an early flight and late boat and you will have plenty time for this trip.

Inside the caves you will find stalactite and stalagmite rock formations. There is also an art project about a supposedly giant skeleton that was found there. Very interesting.

The name of the guesthouse is Black Tiger Travel. They also have very nice Thai food.
