Remember it is them not you! For whatever reason, this person treats you like dirt, but is as nice as pie to everyone else...or so it seems. You are not the only person he/she is treating this way. But you don't know the others. Remember, her true colors will come out. In the mean time, you have to be almost overly polite. A big fat fake smile and a little bit of professionalism can go a long way.
