How to install Any Official CyanogenMod on 2012 Nexus 7 (1st Gen)

**Note: this works for any CyanogenMod version since the installation instructions always stay the same, for a new version just select a new version to download, easy!.
In this video you'll be shown how to install the Official CyanogenMod 10 (CM10) ROM for the Nexus 7. Keep in mind that even though an experimental version was installed in this video, the steps for future versions (including stable versions) REMAIN THE SAME.
