1 cup = 250 ml; Tbsp. = Tablespoon = 15 ml; tsp. = teaspoon = 5 ml; g = grams
Ingredients:
1 Kg Chicken
1 ½ cups Onion Petals
2 Tbsp. Tomato Ketchup
400g Potatoes
¼ tsp. Cumin Seeds
4 Cloves
2" Cinnamon Stick
3 Peppercorns
4 Dried Kashmiri Red Chillies
¼" Ginger
4 Garlic Cloves
¼ tsp. Turmeric Powder
3 Tbsp. Vinegar
1 tsp. Sugar
Coriander (for garnishing)
Cooking Oil
Salt to Taste

Serves: 5 -6
