Carleton College Young Alumni Outcomes | Emily Buckner ’15

“Going into Carleton, I took a lot of biology classes, but I also took Shakespeare classes, art history classes, environmental history classes. I was able to keep building skills in the sciences and maths, but also in writing, reading, and critical thinking.”

Emily Buckner ’15 studied biology at Carleton. Now the Crab Program Manager and Sea-Land Program Co-Lead at Puget Sound Restoration Fund, she conducts and facilitates collaborative research around marine natural resources.

We’re always curious to see what our Carleton Young Alumni are up to nowadays. No surprise — they’re doing amazing things! Today and tomorrow, we’re sharing two Carls from the Seattle area to add to our playlist of alumni with careers spanning all kinds of professional fields. C’YA out there!
