This year for Pride, we were going to go big, bringing out the rainbows and glitter...because that's what Pride is all about, isn't it? Or is it?

For Pride 2023, we spoke with our LGBTQ+ colleagues to talk about what Pride really means to them and how we can be an inclusive employer 365 days a year.

We’re proud to be a diverse business and although this is Pride month, our values and support for all our colleagues continue throughout the year, every day. Whether it’s the big occasions like adoption and maternity leave, or the smaller but equally important moments like having the freedom to use pronouns in our signatures. Our individuality helps us to attract and retain employees who are just as diverse as the clients and communities that we serve.
