Beginner Mobility Routine (Feel Less Stiff Fast)

[🔥SAVE THIS!] Feeling stiff, tight, or just not moving like you used to? This simple mobility routine is a really great place to start!!

Nothing complicated. Just simple movements that help you feel more flexible and loosened up.

1️⃣ Diagonal Arm Swings – 5 reps/side → Open your chest and squeeze your upper back

2️⃣ Standing Hamstring Stretch – 5 reps/side → Kick your heel forward and push your hips back (you’ll feel this from calf → hip)

3️⃣ Squat Windmill Reaches – 5 reps/side → Elbows on knees, rotate and reach up

4️⃣ Marching Hip Circles – 5 reps/side → Move slow and controlled (brace your core to stay steady)

You can do this 2–3x/week or even daily.

And honestly…this kind of movement makes a huge difference in how your body feels.
