Chakra Healing Meditation | Root Muladhara Chakra

This mediation is intended to help open, heal, and balance the Muladhara or Root Chakra.

The Root Chakra holds the energy concerning our physical world, family, heredity, safety, stability, and structure of our life.

A healthy Root chakra allows us to believe in the goodness of life, knowing that we have a right to the life we choose, and that we can build strong foundations to withstand adversity.

This meditation is based on "The Complete Guide to Chakras" by Ambika Wauters.
