Kinessa FINALLY Has a Good Carbine Talent! - Paladins Season 8 PTS

Kinessa's mine talent has been reworked so many times that I've lost track, but it seems like they finally created something that's pretty good! Kinessa's newest talent grants her a 20% damage amp with her carbine to all enemies affected by the new Shock status effect, and her mines and sniper rifle now apply Shock! This creates a simple yet fun new playstyle for Kinessa that actually seems somewhat viable!
