Myth Busting: CBT is Cold and Impersonal

Beck Institute experts Dr. Judith Beck, Dr. Norman Cotterell, Dr. Rob Hindman, and Dr. Allen Miller discuss the myth that CBT is cold and impersonal. This relationship must be strong and collaborative for treatment to work. Good CBT therapists work with each of their clients to set individual goals and to chart progress towards those goals.
