Rider argues with driver over "Say My Name"

This rider's attitude upset me. Not only is her insistence that the driver say her name not the procedure, her blurting out her destination as opposed to letting me (the driver) confirm it is just as unsafe as getting in a car without checking the license plate.

This rider also said that drivers could get "fake plates" and reported me to the rideshare company that I had said something "derogatory or inappropriate".

Riders should NOT be asking drivers to "say my name" or "what's my name". Instead, they should be cross-referencing the license plate numbers with the one in the app. If that is still too risky for them, they shouldn't be utilizing rideshare programs like Lyft or Uber.
