A Day at the Glen River in West Donegal

30.07. 2014.
The Glen River in West Donegal has not as many pools as – let’s say – Owenea or Eany but is definitely worth a visit.
Up at Meenaneary are some nice runs and pools, nevertheless the most famous spot at the Glen River System is the Junction Pool with the Salmon Leap between Carrick and Teelin.
The little Owenwee River joins the Glen River here, before the System enters Teelin Bay.
