Building a Primitive Smoker and Smoking Trout! - How to Build a Homemade Smoker

I decided to give building my own primitive smoker a try, and cooking some fresh caught trout in it, and it was a big success! I started by building up a small rock chimney and laying a metal grate across to put the trout on, and layed some sticks and branches across to trap as much smoke as possible to give the trout a strong delicious smokey flavor! I highly reccomend building your own primitive smoker, and giving smoked trout a try, it is delicious!
