How do focusing rails work? | Neewer 4-way focusing rail | Introduction to focus stacking

This week I take my Neewer pro 4-way macro focusing rail slider and Vanguard Veo 3+ into the woodland and demonstrate how to take a series of images to create a focused stacked image. As a bonus, I also demonstrate how to achieve a similar result using the Nikon focus shift mode that is built into the camera.
