Welcome to yoga for when you feel like crap. Yes, this happens and you’re totally normal. This is mostly if you feel emotionally icky—or physically sluggish. If you feel sick, please don’t practice until you’re better.
This practice will open your lungs, heart, and mind to new possibilities —getting you unstuck from current upset and negativity.
