Dying Light 2 is Not Ready for the Nightmare Mode

Nightmare mode is a highly anticipated addition that may soon be coming to Dying Light 2. This update may be incredible, but I think it will be a let down. Let me explain, Dying Light 2 has an undeniable inconsistency throughout the gameplay. This includes but is not limited to hit reactions, physics, logic, AI, lighting, weapon buffs, etc. In my eyes, Techland was too ambitious with the scale of the contents of the game. Many items are added and may be used to the player's benefit. This is one of the biggest downfalls of Dying Light 2, more detail in the video. Essentially, Dying Light 2 is not in good standing gameplay wise, and this is all a difficulty is meant to capitalize on and enhance... the gameplay quality is integral to an enjoyable experience.
