Today, we're making mini Kimbap! In Korea its known as Kkoma Kimbap (꼬마김밥) as well as Mayak Kimbap (마약김밥). These little rolls are perfect for taking on hikes outside or for a family cooking event. We'll teach you how to prep each ingredient (including a key tip with the carrots) and how to roll them easily. Plus we'll even show you the perfect ratio of ingredients for the mayak dipping sauce!
