Martin Edegor (Norwegian Martin Ødegaard; born December 17, 1998, Drammen) is a Norwegian footballer, midfielder for the Real Madrid club and the Norwegian national team, playing on loan for Real Sociedad.

Stremsgodset
Martin Edegor is a pupil of the Norwegian "Stremsgodset". By the age of fourteen, he was noticed by head coach Ronnie Dale, now heading the Volerenga. Then the young player began to be admitted to training sessions with the first team. But a full transition from young men to professionals was minimal, if any.

While still in the youth team of Stremsgodset, he attracted the attention of such large clubs as Bayern, Manchester United and Manchester City. In January 2014, Edegor was transferred to the first Stremsgodset team. His debut in the Norwegian championship took place on April 13, 2014 in a match against Aalesund, making him the youngest player to ever enter the field in Tippelig. On May 5 of the same year, he signed with the club his first professional contract for a period of one and a half years. On May 16, Martin scored his first goal in a match against Sarnsborg and became the youngest goalscorer in league history. On June 9th, in a match with Haugesund in the 69th minute, thanks to his dribbling, Edegor scored a winning goal for his team.

In October 2014, information appeared that Edegora wants to acquire the Ajax Amsterdam.

"RealMadrid"
On January 22, 2015, Real Madrid officially announced the signing of a contract with Edegor. The salary of a Norwegian teenager was 2.25 million euros per year. Edegor was included in the application of Real Madrid for the Champions League playoffs at number 21.

Edegor made his debut for the main team on May 23, 2015 at number 41 in the last match of the 2014/15 season against Getafe (7: 3), replacing Cristiano Ronaldo. Thanks to this, the Norwegian became the youngest player in the history of the royal club, who made his debut in the championship of Spain. At that time, the midfielder was 16 years and 156 days old. Previously, the record belonged to Sebastian Lozada, who first entered the field in a Real Madrid t-shirt at 17 and 6 days in 1984.

Real Sociedad
On July 5, 2019, Martin was leased to Real Sociedad for the 2019/20 season.

Since 2013, Martin Edegor has been playing for Norway's youth teams of various ages. Now he is a member of the national team until 21 years old.

On August 27, 2014, Martin made his debut as part of the country's national team, leaving in the starting lineup in a friendly match with the UAE team and playing all 90 minutes of the match. He became the youngest player in the Norwegian national team in its history.
