Layout Tour: Dick Bradley's Pennsylvania & Maryland

Welcome to another layout tour! This video showcases Mr. Richard Bradley's gorgeous HO scale Pennsylvania & Maryland (P&M) layout. Dick's layout is loosely based on the Maryland & Pennsylvania RR, with the intent to capture the "feel" and atmosphere of the MA & PA while not modeling specific prototype locations.

The main layout room is 8 x 15 feet, with an entire other section of the basement utilized for staging. The track is hand laid code 83, 70 and 55. Operating sessions are held routinely and 4-6 operators are the normal crew. Many of the structures are scratch-built and do model buildings found on the original MA & PA.

Enjoy this overview of Dick's P&M. We start in the staging area then move along the layout with Dick providing background information as we go. We then enjoy some operating trains and more detailed looks at certain areas of the layout.
