So this is our number one request 5 to 20 acres in the nice house and this house is impressive So we're going to just come through the gang here and I want to take you for a little ride.

And the power comes here. So it's a rural electric line. That's a cross country, rural electric line. And then they went underground here and then underground. Always the house, 400 observers. That's a big deal to 208 boxes. So that's pretty impressive. And property goes to the back. So those trees are part of it. And then they go back even farther. Is this patio out here Look at this? OK. So here's where we started when we started in the back there. So that's where we started. And we got this nice patio here. So what would you do with that? I can see a grill out there. I can also see a table. This is nice and shaded all afternoon and evening. So you can eat out here There's tons of room. You can put in a pool. You do landscaping. You do whatever the heck you want. Trampoline. I can see a lot of things out there. If you've got kids or grandkids, you're out in the country.
