Say Hej (that’s Hi in Swedish) to Sigrid. Sigrid started her IKEA journey in the US while she was studying and then continued to work for IKEA when she went back to Sweden. She then had the opportunity to come to IKEA Canada and help us with our commercial activities.

Some of the reasons Sigrid has loved working at IKEA included the diverse co-workers she’s had the pleasure of working with, getting to discover other cultures while being a part of IKEA in different countries, and because she gets to work and meet customers all around the store. When asked what advice she would give, Sigrid said it would be to focus on the values, as IKEA can teach about home furnishing and to always try and be better.
