Gadbad e Khaas
A quick & easy dessert you can make this Eid, My inspiration comes from the classic sheer kurma & the magalorean gadbad ice cream & what comes next is this kheer kinda falooda kind of dish .

Ingredients
For the sheer kurma
2-3 tbsp ghee
1/2 cup vermicelli
2 1/2 tbsp sliced almonds
2 1/2 tbsp chopped pistachios
2 1/2 tbsp raisins
2 1/2 cups milk
1 green cardamom
1/2 cup or 1/4 cup chopped dates
Sugar as required
Reduce till thick
Other ingredients
Vanilla ice cream
(You can add food cooler to make the different colored ice cream)
Or get some different flavored ice-cream
1/2 cup tutti frutti
Chopped nuts
