Proof - can a totally dead lead acid battery be restored to life using vinegar?

I have been curious for sometime if vinegar could be used in a battery. Since a normal lead acid battery has about 20% sulfuric acid and about 80% of water, we are going to do the 80/20 rule in this experiment(80% of vinegar to 20% of water). In today's video, we are going to replace the sulfuric acid solution in a dead lead-acid battery with vinegar (acetic acid - CH3COOH), but first, we need to neutralize the residual sulfuric acid from the battery with a baking soda solution: success or failure? Let's find out! Here is what you will need to try it for yourself:
+Vinegar - also known as acetic acid
+Baking Soda
+Distilled water
+Gloves
+Safety googles
+A good battery charger - preferable a charger with recondition mode or desulfation mode
+A DC volt meter
