How to do a Power-Cycle / Reset of a Dual battery Lenovo Laptop (eg. T440 / T440s)

Is your dual-battery Lenovo laptop not powering on? Holding the power button for 30 seconds does fix some problems, but if that still doesn't work for you, try this method to get it going again - your laptop may just be in a short-circuit protection mode. All you need is a standard small screwdriver and a plastic pry tool (eg. plastic card or guitar pick). The model in the video is the T440, but the same concept should apply to most dual-battery Lenovo laptops, such as the Lenovo Thinkpad T440, T440s, T450, T450s, T450s, T460, T460s X240, X250, X260 and possibly others.
