In this video I am testing out my brand new Mercury Pro XS Four Stroke V8. This is the first time I am actually able to see what kind of top end speeds my Nitro Z21 with this new Mercury will get. The past few times I had it out it was just way too rough to run the motor hard. I picked a pretty good day to test out a few different props as well. This Mercury Pro Xs 4 Stroke came with a Mercury Fury 23 pitch prop. From what I hear this is the prop that most people are running on there bass boats. I also wanted to try a Mercury Fury 4 blade 24 pitch prop. From my experience in the past the Fury 3 blade is going to get you a better top end speed and the Fury 4 blade will help in bigger waves and hole shot.

After running this new Mercury Pro XS Four Stroke I am excited I own this motor. Mercury has made the best motor on the market today and it is a beast! This motor has amazing mid range and high end speed along with the hole shot. Idling around and the steering is also second to none.
