Welcome to my first video ever!! It's my birthday! And I wanted to share a journey with you that I've been on for the past 2 years.

I've been debating doing this for a very long time! I'm glad I finally decided to go for it!

So I've been on a journey of health, wellness, and weight loss. 16kgs later, here I am! Welcome to one of my new homes on the internet!!

This is the story and the journey, and an introduction into a project I truly am happy to be starting - Have Your Cake and Eat It - a platform where we can grow and learn and discover different ways to achieve our health and weightloss goals!

A very big part of this channel will be learning to make healthy alternatives to the foods that we know and love, as we continue on our journey to health together!! That was my "secret"!! I knew I did not want to deny myself the things that I loved because that would create cravings and stress and throw me right back into a horrible cycle of bad behaviour! So I figured out a way to actually have healthier versions of all the things I loved, by making variations in the kitchen! I'm here to show you how to do that!
