this is one of my favorite easy quick Middle Eastern salads to make. it's super healthy. nice and colorful, and goes great with any meal, or maybe just as a fun snack to munch on.
The spicy cauliflower is crunchy pickled and spicy. and with those flavors going on I just can't stop on eating it.
