Director Kevin Costner sued by actor over 'violent unscripted, unscheduled rape scene'

Devyn LaBella, a stunt double for actress Ella Hunt in Horizon: An American Saga, has sued director Kevin Costner and producers for forcing her into a violent unscripted rape scene without advance notice or an intimacy coordinator. LaBella claims she was left with permanent trauma and seeks a public apology and unspecified compensatory and punitive damages. Costner's lawyer claims the claims are meritless.
