The HELOC Strategy has many names... We call it the Accelerated Banking Strategy. Some call it mortgage acceleration, velocity banking, the "pill" method, heloc method, etc. But the official name of this strategy is "Accelerated Banking".

Many of you guys are skeptical about this strategy so we decided to bring in a Banking Expert of 20+ years to our show to have him tell you and explain the strategy... This strategy CAN help you save money and time. Using a HELOC or an AIO (All In One) Loan CAN accelerate the payoff on a mortgage. You can use a HELOC to pay off mortgage if done right.

The #1 question we get is "Why do we use a higher interest rate HELOC to pay off our mortgage??" Well.. It has to do with the reduction of average daily balance through sweeping our entire income into the HELOC. But at the same time, we can use the same income to take care of our expenses.

The #2 question we get is "Why don't we just pay extra into the mortgage instead of using a HELOC???" - That has to do with a couple of things... if you choose to pay extra into the mortgage, you lose liquidity for future opportunities. And second, you don't get the advantage of double income utilization.
