Thank you so much for stopping by and watching my vlog ^^

I'm sorry I'm not good at explaining things when I talk - but essentially taking b-vitamins helped me to digest carbs (wheat and rice) normally again. This process took around 2-3 months. I also supplemented with Magnesium.

I might make a more in depth video on my thiamine/b vitamin deficiency in the future.

Edit: Also, I noticed later that the echinacea tea may have been breaking me out in the jaw area more than usual and I stopped drinking it (it could have been other factors as well so I'm not sure). I looked it up and apparently it can affect hormones (in mice studies, it may have raised their testosterone) - Just wanted to let you all know in case anyone else was interested in trying it out.
